The region’s signature varietals, Cannonau and Vermentino, flourish in the Mediterranean climate moderated by the nearby sea. The vibrant Vermentino di Sardegna is characterised by crisp acidity, floral notes, and hints of citrus. The sparkling portfolio, using Cannonau to create a Blanc de Noirs, is all about freshness, minerality, and vibrant aromatics. The Saeprus Brut Nature spends over 36 months ageing on the lees.
