Champagne Germar Breton is a family-owned winery located in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne, France. Established in 2005, the estate spans 7.5 hectares across five villages: Arrentières, Arsonval, Bar-sur-Aube, Colombé-la-Fosse, and Colombé-le-Sec. The family has been cultivating vineyards in the area since the 1950s, with a passion for viticulture and winemaking passed down through generations.
The winery produces a range of champagnes, including the Germar Breton Tradition Brut, a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir. This cuvée is noted for its fine mousse and well-balanced acidity, with a relatively low dosage of 8 grams per liter, allowing the quality of the wine to shine through.
